Health orders issued to Greater Brisbane residents in NSW
NSW Chief Health Officer Dr Kerry Chant is urging state residents to remain vigilant for flu-like symptoms as health authorities are on alert due to the coronavirus cluster in Queensland. She asked that people from Greater Brisbane do not visit aged care facilities, hospitals or disability care homes as a precautionary measure but flagged essential end of life care and essential visits were permitted. Dr Chant also reiterated Premier Gladys Berejiklian’s plea that anyone who travelled to NSW from Greater Brisbane since March 20 mirror the region’s lockdown restrictions.
