US schools try to cancel Dr. Seuss by claiming ‘racial undertones’
Dr Seuss is the next victim of cancel culture after the Loudon County schools in Virginia dropped the iconic children books from annual ‘Read Across America’ day over claims it as “strong racial undertones”. It comes after a 2019 article called ‘It’s time to talk about Dr Seuss’ by the St. Catherine’s University showed the books contain “orientalism, anti-blackness and white supremacy."
