Joe Biden calls Kamala Harris ‘president-elect’
In his latet gaffe, President-elect Joe Biden has mistakenly referred to Vice President-elect Kamala Harris as the incoming leader of the US. Speaking in Wilmington, Delaware, during a COVID-19 briefing, Mr Biden made the blunder while he urged people to wear masks and take a vaccine. “I hope the president will clearly and unambiguously urge all Americans to take the vaccine once it’s available,” the 78-year-old said. “I took it to instil public confidence in the vaccine. “President-elect Harris took it, took hers, today for the same reason.”
