Biden must 'strongly condemn Antifa'
US President Donald Trump has warned rival Joe Biden “is refusing to acknowledge” the threat radical anarchist group Antifa poses to America’s security. Antifa is a loose collection of groups, who believe in aggressively combating right-wing movements, while claiming to be anti-fascist. Speaking to reporters on the White House lawn after yesterday’s first presidential debate, Mr Trump denied he has any links to the far-right supremacist group Proud Boys. "I don't know who the Proud Boys are," he said. "Whoever they are, they have to stand down. Let law enforcement do their work." “Joe Biden has to denounce Antifa ... he has to come out and be strong and condemn Antifa.” While Antifa has been fermenting violence in many US cities including Portland, FBI director Christopher Wray has warned extreme right-wing groups have been behind a spate of domestic terrorism incidents over the past few years.
