Vic records 94 new cases, 18 deaths
Victoria has recorded less than 100 new cases for the first time in almost two months. Premier Daniel Andrews revealed there were 94 new cases recorded in the past 24 hours. He said another 18 people died with COVID-19 overnight, bringing the number of Victorians who lost their lives to the virus to 513. He said 16 of the 18 were linked to aged care outbreaks. The Premier said there were currently 481 Victorians in hospital, 26 of whom were receiving treatment in intensive care and 17 who required ventilation. Image: Getty
