NSW crack down on coronavirus testing
NSW authorities are preparing to crack down on people who refuse to be tested for the coronavirus. State Police Commissioner Mick Fuller said they would be closely monitoring people in quarantine to prevent a spike in case numbers. “They won’t be getting cut loose to go back out onto our streets, it won’t be happening on our watch,” he said. Returned overseas travellers refusing to be tested on the 10th day of their 14-day isolation period will be forced to stay in quarantine for an extended period of time. Image: AP
